Returns Policy:

If the item is damaged in transit or faulty merchandise has been dispatched, a full refund will be given and the return shipping costs will be charged to Erin Lucanera Art provided the following steps:

1) Email me as soon as possible explaining what is wrong with the product and attach photos of the damaged package and/or damaged goods.

Once I have received the returned goods, a full refund will be given. 

Note: There are no change of mind refunds. 

Shipping Policy:

It is the customers responsibility to make sure to put the correct shipping address when purchasing products from Erin Lucanera Art. We are not responsible if the item is not shipped to the right address, if incorrect information was given to us at the time of purchase. 

Liability:

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate for the damage of products that have been mishandled by the customer. For example: dropping the item, spilling liquids on it, making a hole or tear in the product, bending the product, etc. 

Duties and Taxes:

Erin Lucanera Art is based in Melbourne, Australia and is not responsible to pay any import fees on products purchased through our website.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. 

If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us and we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
